Travel restrictions are constantly changing base on the pandemic status in Croatia. Before you go on a trip, check what restrictions are currently active to avoid inconvenience. Check the official website of your government related to COVID-19 and possible travel restrictions.
In what cases travellers will be refunded?
From 01.09.2021 nowarent no longer offers the flexible cancellation policy as the travellers can obtain a COVID PASS and travel without restrictions in any EU country.
Travellers that want to book one of our properties in 2021 should pay 30% in advance at the moment of booking and 70% 30 days before arrival. The advance payment of 30% is not refundable, while the 70% does not have to be paid if the reservation is cancelled until 30 days before arrival.
What we can do if you can’t come?
We can change your reservation in the next available dates, but the price could change if you have booked in low season and the next available dates are only in high season. Or, we can move your booking for the next year if the property allows it. In any case, we will do our best to keep your reservation and give you the best available option.
