Welcome to Villa Adriatica, a beautifully crafted villa in the tranquil village of Diminici, just 1.5 km from the nearest beach. Part of an exclusive complex of eight new villas, Villa Adriatica offers breathtaking sea views from its terrace and balcony, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation.
This spacious retreat features four comfortable bedrooms (three with double beds, one with twin beds), three modern bathrooms (two with bathtubs, one with a shower), and an additional guest toilet. The villa’s fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials—oven, refrigerator, kettle, and dishwasher—while the cosy living room invites you to unwind with a cup of coffee as you watch the sunset or enjoy your favourite shows with satellite TV and Netflix.
Step outside to enjoy the villa’s private BBQ and a beautiful outdoor dining area, perfect for gathering and dining al fresco. The seasonal pool (open from April 30 to October 1), secured parking, and a pet-friendly policy (additional fee applies) make Villa Adriatica the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and coastal charm—a rejuvenating Mediterranean escape awaits!

Nestled in the picturesque Istrian region, the charming village of Diminici offers a peaceful escape surrounded by breathtaking coastal views, rolling hills, and lush vineyards. Just a 20-minute drive brings you to Labin, a historic town with roots dating back to the 2nd century BC. Labin’s old town sits atop a hill overlooking the stunning Kvarner coast, where winding cobblestone streets invite exploration, while the lively lower town provides convenient shops and services.
For beach lovers, the coastal resort of Rabac is only a 25-minute drive away.     We recently stayed at Villa 14A in Sveti Lovreč Labinski, Croatia. As a family of five, we had a wonderful holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The house is equipped with everything you could need: air conditioning and TV in every room, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and beds, clean and well-appointed wet rooms, and a manicured garden with a swimming pool. The gas grill was a great addition, # everything matched the photos provided. The villa offers a peaceful escape from the noise of the city, the pool was fantastic and well maintained. Our children particularly enjoyed their time there. Special thanks to Danijel, who was always available to help us when needed. His professionalism and ease of communication made our stay even more pleasant. This was the first time we dealt directly with a local travel agency without going through Booking.com, Airbnb, or any large company.!!!..For a last-minute booking, Nowarent agency handled everything with simplicity, credibility, and professionalism.
