First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Pol Popović and I am the owner of the Nowarent agency, which it's office is in Rovinj, one of the most beautiful cities in Croatia.

Nowarent is a young company that was founded in January 2020 by me and my dear wife Marlen. Then there were only two of us, but today we count 6 permanent employees, while during the high season there are about 10 of us with a tendency to grow.

We decided to start this company because we wanted to offer more than just a rental service to the property owners. The vision of the company is that we can offer a complete service in the form of rental and maintenance in such a way that the renter does not have to come to the property at all and never be in contact with the guests. You have a holiday home and you want to leave everything to a professional company, we are the right address.

We love to travel like everyone else, but we are also experts in this business. We are professional property managers with many years of experience in the tourism industry.
