Fantastic Villa with beautiful pool and outdoor cooking facilities. Great accommodation. Perfect for a family holiday. In a great location with a shop which has most essentials just a couple of minutes walk. Opposite which is a great Restaurant. The Villa is also only a 5 minutes walk from a wonderful beach which has a good selection of bars and restaurants and lots of activities for children of all ages. The walk along the coast into Rovinj takes about 30 minutes and is well worth it. The walk itself has lots of pretty beaches, bars and restaurants along the route. Rovinj itself is incredible. The Old Town has so much charm and history. Some of the most stunning sunsets ever seen. Would highly recommend.

Mark was a great host. He is very thorough and professional. The house was clean and stylish. It is only 10 minutes from the sea. We look forward to returning.

We enjoyed a week with family in this amazing modern designer house. Everything was perfect- the central Rovigno location, generous space, beautiful top notch Italian modern furnishing, the pool. And worthy of special mention - the Miele coffee maker!!! Thanks Mark for being a welcoming and responsive host. Highly recommended for a special vacation retreat with family or friends!

Lovely villa, air conditioning throughout, great location and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Terrific pool and sunbeds were very comfy. Stayed as a group of 4 couples. Highly recommended

The Villa is very modern and perfectly located to ether walk or use the provided scooters to get to the beach or old town. We definitely would stay there again. Mark was an amazing Host and was present at the check in and check out and provided a lot of useful information to make our stay more enjoyable. When accidentally our rear window broke in our car 2 days before driving back to Austria I ask Mark for help, he come with materials and helped to seal the window so we could drive back without problems. We really appreciated the friendliness and care Mark provided for us.
